A tree house made up with a bed and a small almost functional kitchen. She’s getting there. ]

I nearly turned myself into a statue for this thing. A terrible oversight on my part. If not for Emet-Selch and Megumi…I would be in deep trouble.

[He's curious how one could almost turn themselves to crystal for such a thing.]

How convenient that we should live so close to one another!

I wish I had more than this to show for it. It would make more sense for me to have isolated myself for something much more extravagant.

Though I am quite certain Megumi would like me to come inside more often. She’s always scolding me.

Lunch would be wonderful. It has surely been too long, and we have much to catch up on!

[Lunch affords them the chance to truly talk, plus he's rather hungry.]
